You must be at least 13 years old to use Ghost Craft. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to use the application in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or harmful to others.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of Ghost Craft, including text, graphics, software, and logos, are the property of Ghost Craft and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you generate through Ghost Craft. By creating content, you grant Ghost Craft a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Ghost Craft operates on a credit-based system for content generation. Credits are purchased or earned through various subscription plans. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Ghost Craft following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Ghost Craft is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
